BMW E90 E91 E92 E9X AUX-IN USB socket bracket

This project is a replacement holder (bracket/frame) for the AUX/USB socket in the BMW E90/E91 armrest.
The original connector often falls through the opening in the armrest, so I designed a simple bracket that keeps it firmly in place.

Designed in Fusion 360 and tested on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini.
The dimensions match the OEM opening – no extra modification needed. 

Key features:

• ✅ Prevents the AUX/USB socket from falling into the armrest
• ✅ Easy to print, no supports required
• ✅ Tested on BMW E91 LCI (should fit on all e9X series and E series in global)
   

Assembly:

1. Print the part.
2. Insert the AUX/USB socket through the bracket.
3. Fit the assembly into the original armrest opening.
4. It should snap in securely without any play.
