This is a corner clamp adapter for IRWIN quick-grip squeeze clamps. Remove the rubber before sliding on. I've managed to get a good friction fit with the four clamps I have at home.

Note these are designed to fit the generation of Irwin Quick Grip Clamps that were redesigned/introduced around 2016; if yours are older than that (generally, do not have the body lines cast into the top handle, and generally have yellow jaw pads rather than black) you should be able to make these fit by scaling the model up ~10% in the X and Y directions in your slicer.

Great idea! I had to adjust the slots a bit to fit the newer clamps, and rounded the corners of the inner piece to reduce the material a bit.

it looks like Irwin has a few different versions of these clamps. My clamps are somewhat blocky on the arm going from the bar up to the pad, while the other design seems to be more of a swooping slope up towards the pad. Can you confirm if that’s the case for your clamp that didn’t fit?

Yes, I have the more sloping version. I opened the slot in both directions, and put a 1mm fillet on the inside corners of the "T" of the slot, and that did it. Still very tight on some clamps and a bit loose on others, just due to normal manufacturing variation.

Can you upload a remix or whatever it’s called of this? there’s been a few people have also encountered this same issue and it may help some of them out!

Thank you for sharing the pictures of the two styles of Irwin clamps! That was very helpful in determining if this model will fit my clamps.

I need to enlarge it a bit to fit my clamp, but otherwise it's great

About to make a bunch of these, can I ask what % you scaled up?

Wish i'd had these a few days ago when I put together an Ikea Hemnes drawer! Like others have said however, can be very tight tolerances. Taking this into account I did my first print scaling every dimension up by 0.5% and the triangular one fit very nicely with just a little bit of wiggling needed to remove it. The other one with the circular cutout was a total no-go however. After filing away a few test models I eventually scaled that part up by 5% and it fits in a similar fashion to the other piece. For reference, i've got 3 clamps all bought around 2020 and the tolerances were the same on all of them. It seems like for this era of clamps the outer attachment is ever so slightly larger than the inner.
