80mm HD Tool-Mount for MPCNC

With this tool mount a spindle with 80 mm outer diameter (min. 165 mm high) can be installed on the MPCNC. I use this mount with a 2.2 kW chinese spindle.

The mount is designed for the new "Primo" version (F 25.0 mm) and is screwed directly to the Z-tubes. The original tool plates are not required.

To fix the body and cover, 10 M5x25 screws and M5 nuts are required. The z-tube nut holder fits also for M5 nuts.

Print instructions

Print with min. 60 % infill, in PTEG or ASA, no support needed.

I have printed some of the mounts in the meantime. Here are some tips.

• First of all, the model should be positioned lengthwise to the direction of travel from the bed (y-axis).
• Later I printed both parts at once and positioned them with only 2/3 perimeter distance (0,3 mm) next to each other, so they support each other.
