Description

Capture the charm of the British suburbs with this highly detailed and authentic model of a classic Essex brick house. Based on typical post-war architecture found all over the UK, this building is the perfect addition to bring realism and character to your model railway layout, architectural diorama, or tabletop scenery.

This model features crisp brick and roof tile textures, well-defined windows, and a classic conservatory extension, providing a fantastic canvas for painting and detailing.

Key Features

  • Authentic British Design: Faithfully modelled on common UK house styles for maximum realism.
  • High Detail: Features textured brickwork on the walls and tiles on the roof, ready for printing.
  • Modular Conservatory: The rear conservatory is a separate piece (or prints attached, clarify this) for easier printing and painting.
  • Optimised for FDM Printing: Designed for a clean print with minimal or no supports required.
  • AMS/Multi-Colour Ready: Includes a pre-painted 3MF file (or suggest color swaps) to easily print walls, roof, windows, and doors in different colours using the Bambu Lab AMS.

Ideal For

  • OO Gauge / HO Scale Model Railway Layouts
  • N Gauge Dioramas
  • Architectural Models
  • Tabletop Gaming Scenery (e.g., 28mm scale)
  • Educational projects or simply as a beautiful decorative print.

Printing & Painting Recommendations

  • Print Profile: Use the provided .3mf file for a hassle-free print on your Bambu Lab printer.
  • Filament: PLA / PLA+ works perfectly.
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm for a good balance of detail and speed. Use 0.12mm for maximum detail.
  • Supports: No supports should be needed.
  • AMS Colour Scheme: For a classic look, use:
    • Slot 1: Red or Brown PLA (for Brick Walls)
    • Slot 2: Dark Grey or Black PLA (for Roof Tiles)
    • Slot 3: White PLA (for Window Frames, Doors & Conservatory)
    • Slot 4: Clear PETG/PLA (for Windows, optional)
