Outdoor enclosure for WisBlock Modular System with Solar Panel, WisMesh Repeater Mini

This enclosure is based on the RAK WisBlock Outdoor concept wide enclosure.

The enclosure is not using any gaskets, it is inspired by the Takachi OB enclosure series. It is “rain-proof” if mounted in the correct orientation, providing easy access and has cable entries and an antenna port on the bottom of the enclosure.

Alternative an antenna fixture can be added on the side of the enclosure.

This variant is targeting a setup as a Meshtastic WisMesh Repeater device with solar panels and a large 6600 mAh battery pack.

RAKwireless WisBlock modules used:

Basic WisMesh RAK4631 Starter Kit with a

• RAK19007 WisBlock Base Board
• RAK4631 WisBlock Core Module nRF52840

The enclosure and the solar panel mounting are separated into two print profiles. This allows to use any other 5V solar panel (e.g. a larger one).
