Description

This is a 7-¾" high version of the newer jukebox from the Happy Days sitcom. I created it with dioramas in mind. There are a couple options included, either using the Makerworld LED puck light or not and I've also included a monochrome version on the music selection insert to save print time if you are using sticker inserts for a more accurate model. It's a fun piece in which I've redesigned my original model with a 22 hour total print time down to this one which sit around 10 hours total, again, depending on the options. Also, the filament changes on the original were close to 200 and now if I remember correctly, it's 40 or so if you are doing the music selection console in colour.

I could NOT get the glass to print, I am a newbie to 3D--but I tried heating up the bed a bit more- adding more brims-switching filiment- I wanted to make this in a larger scale. Started at 150% and then dropped down to 115% just to see if glass would print at all---nope. It keeps falling down! I quit!

Do you have any pictures of the fails? Maybe I can help. I’ve got about 20000 hours of print experience.

Thank you for responding. I didn't take any pics of the failures--I tried many sizes and it just kept falling! I just received some new Bambu translucent filiment yesterday (PETG) and it is currently in a dryer. I will try making it again and check all the heat settings for this product. Even with adding more "brims" at the base through painting--it just fell. I even tried printing with PLA basic blue...I wondered if I could print it in a different position-but I suppose it wouldn't look right-and that setting was locked. Again- I just received this Bambu P2S printer for Xmas and am a newbie!! I wanted to print this product larger for a Barbie size project! Mary~

Have you tried the Bambu liquid glue stick. I recommend it! Especially for situations like this. I also wipe my print bed every single time before a print with 99% medical alcohol.
