Garage door pulley 041B2616 Chamberlain 144B0027

This is a replacement part for the Chamberlain 420e garage door motorlift cable pulley. 

The identical pulley is used by multiple garage door motorlift brands motorlifts: Chamberlain, LiftMaster, Raynor, Sears Craftsman

Some of the part numbers used for this pulley are 41B2616, 144B0027, 041B2616, 12B371.

I printed this model in Bambu Lab's ABS-GF (Black 41101). I also printed the pulley in PLA-CF (Black 14100) and PETG-CF (Black 31100) from Bambu Lab. 

All three materials seem to hold and work well. 

Printed with a (hardened) 0.4mm nozzle in the 0.16mm optimal layer height setting and reduced speed.

Due to the high tension on the steel cable, a modifier with 100% infill has been applied in the section where the steel cable runs in order to prevent it from cutting through the contact surface.

Please make sure the power to the motorlift is disconnected and the tension in the steel cable is released by loosening the tensioner bolt first before you start disassembling the old pulley.
