EGO Power Washer Hose Reel

This model clips onto the metal posts on the back of the EGO Power+ 3200 PSI Power Washer (HPW-320x models) and provides easy to use and access storage for its high-pressure hose. Just slip the quick-connect adapter on one end slip into a holster on one side, wrap the hose around the reel, and slip the quick-connect adapter on the other end into the opposite-side holster. Wrapping the hose loosely can allow you to adjust the length to make sure that the adapter can make it to the holster and not leave too much slack. I do not believe that this will work on the EGO 2100 PSI pressure washers because it doesn't look like they have the same posts in the back to allow the hose reel to clip onto the pressure washer.

This model was specifically designed for PETG to be more heat and UV resistant than PLA. I printed my prototype using Elegoo Rapid PETG (using the Bambu PETG-HF profile) on my A1 because Bambu PETG-HF has been out of stock all summer. The clip is specifically designed for use with PETG, and the orientation of the model is set up to provide maximum strength for the clip. It takes quite a bit of force to get the clip to slide onto the posts, but once it is on, it is very solid and should provide for years of use. There are two channels on each side that can be used to insert zip-ties if you believe it is necessary, but I did not use them on my washer. While PETG is UV resistant, I would still recommend not storing it in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. I would highly recommend against using PLA as it is stiffer than PETG and it would likely be very difficult to get the clips onto the posts and it is likely the clips would break. I have not tested other materials, so if you do, please let me know how it goes.

Note that there is a 2" wide bridge on the top (bottom as printed) of the inner hose hub. The print quality of this bridge is not great, but it works fine for a functional part. I may work on improving this, but since this model takes so much filament to print, and I only have one EGO power washer and thus only need one hose reel, I may not get around to this.
