Description

A compact and efficient solution for loose bed sheets. It consists of two components that clip together to hold sheets together without damaging them. Slide the frame underneath the mattress, and then clip the sheet on with the bolt. The two components do not clip together without a sheet; this is deliberate to ensure that they still fit together when there is a sheet.

Recommended print parameters are:

PETG, minimum 30% Infil and snug supports on the bolts.

The inspiration for this model was a similar design by Levanter, linked below:

Printed it out and it works great. But the knobs are still visible. If the part, where the knob ist attached to, would be way shorter, i could hide it behind the bed frame. Would you mind to share the contruction file, or maybe doing a „short version“?

hello, could you please let me know how much shorter you would like it to be and I will make a shorter version. A photo of your application would be great so I can better understand the application of a shorter bracket.

Thank you!! I want the knob to be behind the wooden frame. Should be a max of 60mm Measured from the bottom edge of the part to the top edge of the hole.

Is the second photo what you are after or a really short bracket so that the bolt is near the bed frame.

did not work at all for me. printed it out fine but the knobs pop out when the sheet is barely pulled on. they won't fit in the top hole either at all. only in the bottom. I must have something wrong but it's not working at all.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that it is not working for you. There are some solutions to the issue you described. It is important that there is a sufficient amount of sheet either side of the clips and that the sheet isn’t too thin. If the sheet is too thin try doubling it over to add more material. Hopefully this fixes it as this is an uncommon issue.

Great design! I tried a few others but this one used the least filament and is holding up very well!

Shortened Version PLA - STRONGER, Optimized for A1 Mini
Great Idea and execution. The only issue is removal of the supports by where the sheet is attached. It took a lot of effort to remove it.
