Mova 600/1000 - Mower Deck with 6 Blades

Hey Community,

here is my self-designed mower blade disc upgrade for the Mova 600 and Mova 1000 robotic lawnmowers (also compatible: MOVA VIAX 250).

The mower blade disc is printed from PETG and has space for 6 standard lawn mower blades. It was important to me to print a model that requires as little support as possible – which is why I didn't like the other designs as much.

Assembly:

1. Solder in threaded inserts:
   – I use M4x8.1x6 threaded inserts. They can be easily soldered into the holes with a soldering iron and hold very well.

2. Screw on the blades:
   – The blades are secured with M4 screws onto the inserted threads.

I have been using the new disc daily in my garden for two weeks - no problems so far.
