Tesla Model 3 Hubcap (Highland, 18-in wheels)

This hubcap is designed as a direct replacement for the stock wheel cover on the Tesla Model 3 (2025 Highland, 18-inch Photon wheels). Instead of covering the entire wheel with Tesla’s OEM cap, this design lets the alloy wheel remain on full display while keeping the center area clean and finished.

Key Features:

• Full disc cover:  clean, minimalist look that complements the wheel design while leaving the rim exposed.
• Tesla “T” logo:  integrated flush with the surface for a sleek, OEM-style appearance.
• Customizable logo color:  If using multi-color printing, apply a “fill mode” color swap in your slicer, or simply paint it after print.
• Removal hole (Ø3.5 mm):  discreetly placed below the logo, for easy removal. Hex Key or something similar works great.
• Reinforced snap fit:  rounded hooks provide durability and easier removal compared to fragile OEM-style tabs.
• Smooth finish process:  printed face-down on a smooth PEI plate for a clean surface; a quick pass with a heat gun enhances the finish.

• Optimized for ASA on a smooth PEI plate (or 3D effect plate) → weather-resistant, UV-stable, and strong enough for daily use.

• Minimal post-processing needed beyond light heat-gun smoothing if desired.
