I think the finish the textured plate leaves on the parts matches more with the original boards, so I rotated every piece 180 degress.

Ich habe diesen kleinen Abstandshalter konstruiert, da bei den 40 mm breiten Brettern nur von einer Seite die originalen Steckverbinder angebracht werden können (erkennbar in Bild 2) und dadurch die andere Seite des Bretts in der Luft schwebt und nicht gut festgeschraubt werden kann.Er ist 6mm hoch und hat eine Einlassung für eine M3 Sechskantmutter auf der Rückseite.

I designed this small spacer because with the 40 mm wide boards, the original connectors can only be attached from one side (visible in picture 2), which causes the other side of the board to float in the air and not be able to be screwed down properly.It is 6mm high and has a recess for an M3 hex nut on the back.

These boards can be linked seamlessly. No space is wasted between the separate boards.&nbsp;There are different types of connectors: <ul><li>One set for connecting boards using M3x10 screws. These have notches on the backside for M3 hex nuts.</li><li>One set for direct wall mount. The holes have a diameter of 5 mm and no notch for M3 hex nuts. Comes with a 14 mm spacer.</li><li>One extended set for connecting boards using M3x10 screws and for wall mount using a different hole above.</li><li>One extended set for connecting boards using M3x10 screws and a small hook to attach it to a bathroom shelf (or similar).</li></ul>There are boards with 40, 80, 120, 160, 200 and 240 mm width and various heights. Be aware that not all combinations/directions can be connected. &nbsp;If you want to print the 240 x 240 mm boards with a P1/X1 printer, you need to change the stock settings of the printer. First, you need to click on your printer model “Click to edit preset”:<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000001708043/design/58c65638b071af19.png"></figure>This will open the “Printer settings”. You need to delete the default values for “Bed exclude area”. Just delete the values in the red box in the picture below. Then save the profile under a new name by clicking on the small disk icon.
