Vibration dampening blocks
Print Profile(10)

Description
Pure hard material 3D printed, no hardware accessories needed, no supports needed for printing!
Bambu Lab A, P, X, H series models all have suitable options (Updated 20251102)
Please see the GIF or video for the effect, it's simply ideal like in theory!
The creation process was also very rich, if interested, you can watch the video, it's shared in the last section.
When printing, it is still recommended to print a part first, to confirm the fit is suitable and no spaghetti, then print the full plate
If the desktop or floor is slippery, please stick double-sided tape on the shock absorption pads to prevent the machine from moving
H2D series: main body diameter 54mm; maximum width of spring plate 86mm; total height 36mm;
Other series: main body diameter 54mm; maximum width of spring plate 86mm; total height 32mm;
Applying grease at the ball support points can eliminate friction noise and reduce wear, theoretically extending service life.
(This suggestion was put forward by netizen 'Cube' and a week-long continuous printing test was conducted Special thanks to 'Cube' for this)

Interruption for an 'advertisement', a filament spool with full details, definitely worth collecting!

To facilitate installation, I added a clip to easily position the balls (the orange accessory in the image below) After the ball is clipped in, remember to pull it out, then put on the two rings.

20250819 afternoon:
1 Optimized the hexagonal prism shape in the middle of the ball, added a 5-degree draft angle, and added appropriate chamfers to make assembly easier;
2 Optimized the clip's contour, leaving a 0.1mm gap in the inner contour of the base, adjusted to a shape that gradually tapers from the base to the end to make deformation more even, and removed curves that hinder removal Ultimately achieving a more stable grip and easier removal;
If the fit between parts is too loose or too tight, you can adjust the parameters in the position shown below If you have no experience, adjust by 0.05 each time when the difference is not much When reducing the outer contour, pay attention to checking if thinner parts might break!

20250821 Update
Unexpectedly, it reached the top of the hot list! So, I quickly modified all the fit clearances based on everyone's feedback; thin-wall areas optimized; added features that can snap onto various printer foot pads, subdivided into 4 versions Among them, only the H2D version is slightly larger, to cope with the heavy weight of the H2D

20250824 Update
Thanks to S_marl for feedback on the A1 mini foot pad size issue, it has been optimized
Tested the impact on printer performance:
Experimental conditions: A1 model, Bambu Lab PLA, 0.16mm layer height, normal speed
Experimental conclusion: Printing quality slightly improved

---(20250826 Update)---
Thanks to@RoGKatyusha for providing A1 mini chassis data, allowing for further optimization of the A1 mini specific top cover
---(20251008 Update)---
Based on feedback, added a 'Bambu poop chute holder' configuration to solve the issue of the original Bambu poop chute not fitting after the printer is elevated
---(20251008 Update)---
Thanks to @user_807261451 for providing P2S foot pad data, confirming compatibility with the P1 series
Making a promise, this year I will release another foot pad to solve vertical vibrations for P, X, H series, used in combination with this one to achieve all-around vibration isolation, both horizontal and vertical, so the printer won't shake the table nor thump the floor
