Because the inertial navigation system drifted, the provincial competition was ruined. Here's an open-source GPS installation solution for R vehicles. Zhufei's copper pillar solution is too heavy, so I modeled and drew a mainboard mounting plate and a GPS mounting plate myself.

The mainboard mounting plate is designed for PCBs with dimensions of 100*60mm. The M3 screw holes are located at the four corners. For PCBs of other sizes, please reserve mounting holes.

Please use M2 screws to connect the mainboard mounting plate to the car's front axle. The screw length should be approximately 1mm longer than the thickness of the mounting plate to fit into Zhufei's car model. If it's too short, it won't be able to secure it, causing the mounting plate to shake significantly.

All printed parts have been tolerance-fitted. Bambu Lab A1 mini can also print them. The two parts for mounting the GPS can be printed with PETG. I used JAYO's PETG. The mainboard mounting plate should be printed with the hardest possible filament. I used Bambu Lab's fiberglass nylon filament.
