MERCEDES BENZ 75mm floating wheel caps

Floating Center Caps 75mm for Mercedes Benz wheels

I got the idea from here, where someone made BMW floating centercaps which I found very cool and wanted on my Mercedes!

What you need:

• 4x Mercedes centercaps 75mm of your liking,
• 4x 608 bearings,
• 8 or 12x M8 nuts.
• Glue.

I printed them in PLA-CF, but PETG or ASA will probably work just as well. 

There are three parts:

A weight, which you should pause at line 94, so you can add the two or three M8 nuts before you continue.

A base, where you need to insert the bearing and reuse the metal ‘ring’ from the non-floating center caps. You need some tree-support for this part.

A disc, which has to notches for perfectly alinging the centercap metal part so that the top will be top!.
 

Print them, glue them together and fit them to your car! I tried mine for 3 months and about 11.000km without problems.
