Description

Updated the 8x12g holder which I made last year (found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1256583-8x12g-shell-quad-loading-caddy#profileId-1280079 )

It uses a similar mechanism to hold the shells out from the body so they are easy to grab. After the inner shells are removed, the arms will fold down easily. With this version the components are more stout, and they don't  stick out as far from the base, so they are less likely to snag and break off when you're moving around. Pins are a little larger and should be easier to insert.

Base plate has holes to attach a QLS fork, like the one which can be found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/894620-safariland-qls-fork?from=search#profileId-852230. I have reworked some of that fork's details and included them in the V2 file.

I also modified the The QLS plate file found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/634422-safariland-qls-plate-for-wood-screws#profileId-559637 to include some clips to mount to a battle belt.

You will need three m4 heat set inserts, and three m4 screws to attach the QLS fork to the Caddy base.

The print profile is set up for PLA, but depending on your climate, you may want to use a material which is more heat tolerant.
