It is strongly recommended to print the single-color configuration first before printing the multi-color configuration to test the model structure and slicing effect (Cost of single-color model printing: 64 scale 15g filament, 2 hours. 43 scale 50g filament, 3 hours). Model Description

- Movable wheels, assembly without glue. Front and rear tires are different sizes

- All wheel hubs for 1/64 scale cars under this account can be replaced. Browse the homepage and download your favorite wheel hub styles

 

Size
- 1/64 scale

- 1/43 scale: Simply enlarge by 150%, print with 0.16mm layer height
- Slice file, use minimum printer size settings. You can adjust the number of models printed at once based on your printer size to save time and filament

 

FDM Printing Settings

- The physical model was printed using an A1 mini with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.12mm layer height, and official PLA. Using equipment, parameters, and filament with higher specifications will result in better effects (assembly might be too tight or too loose, which can be compensated by adjusting the XY outer contour dimensions of the assembly, or by using sanding tools and super glue for processing and connection)
- Infill density: 15%. To increase the model's weighty feel, the infill density can be adjusted to 100%
- Supports: a combination of normal and tree supports was used

Support Removal Instructions

- The model is small, so supports have been added in key positions. Removing supports requires using sprue pliers and tweezers. Breaking them by hand will likely lead to structural breakage, especially the rearview mirrors and rear wing parts

- Tip: To ensure successful removal of supports for multi-color models and avoid breakage, you can first print a single-color model for removal to understand the model and support structure, then remove the supports for the multi-color model (if broken, super glue can be used for connection)

 

Monochromatic Painting Reference (printed with white filament)

- Sanding: (Optional) Sand in the order of 400-600-800 grit

- Coloring: Paint with acrylic brushes (for edge layer texture bleed issues, apply the main color over a large area first, then draw the edges)

- Polishing: Polish with a flannel cloth to make the acrylic paint glossy

 

Assembly Instructions
