Travel Protein Shaker

Tired of putting your protein and your multi-vitamines in a ziploc bag when you leave home? Then here is a neat print to help you store your gym essentials with style. The upper cap compartment can store up two large pills. I also had a request to make a funnel version, so its here! The funnel hole is smaller to fit a water bottle. The best way I found to debur the threads is to screw and unscrew the lids multiple time, the thread will then be super smooth. I do not recommend putting anything else than dry goods because bacteria could build up between the layers, protein powder should be just fine!

Tried twice.. the hole in the lid prints so small and odd shaped around the filament that the powder can’t come through.

yes the funnel version. I’m just printing from my phone with the exact settings so not sure but I’ve tried a few times and comes out the same each time. the pill version also doesn’t seal it’s stringy so if it was powder in the lid top it would go through

Oof, thats not good… I will add supports to the funnel print profiles, I will keep you updated once they are there!

Hi again, I updated my two print profiles for the funnel caps, my A1 mini was able to pull it off, but I think supports are indeed needed. The supports are not so bad to remove, but you will need to screw and unscrew the lid a couple of times to deburr any excess material, I also recommend blowing air to remove filament dust, but do not wash with water to avoid bacteria between layers!

printed the one w funnel. altho the funnel could be wider as it's hard for the protein powder to come out. Overall, this is a great print, great size! If you do end up modifying the funnel to make it wider, let me know.

printed well. would be even better functioning if the under side of the lid had a smooth curve or funnel shape where the small cap is to help the flow of protein powder coming out.

is there a way to remove the protein on the bottle. i wanted to have it blank so i could make a pre workout and bcaa one. also is there a way you can shrink the top pill cap to be 19mm external threads, that way it can be used as a funnel for waterbottles
