Some issues around all these bends, donā€™t know what itā€™s called. Think the problems is with the filament though. bambu petg-cf. fits well but the top edges are super super sharp.

Is you wall printing settings outer - inner ?ā€¦.. if you try with inner - outer wall then i think this issue will be solved.

it wwas set to inner/outer. nothing was changed, just pressed open in bambu, slice and then print

On closer inspection im seeing those artefact only on the first layer, therefore proper bed leveling can also be the reasonā€¦.

Fits very snug, I would ask you to reduce it a millimiter or so, but overall very nice, eorth the pick over the others

no, all around, because it is very thick, and it grips on almost too tightly, I thinn that by removing or making it a millimiter bigger, you would achieve a better fit, and if possible make it thinner on the back

It always breaks in this area, you should round the sharp corners to improve resistance

I have fixed this long back. if you download the file yourself and slice it, then you will have the latest design which has rounded corners.
