We are slowly figuring assembly out. As an FYI we want to say that the profile only has one part to hold the wheels, you need to print a second one. Also the wheels don’t stay in. we are experimenting now with making the wheels longer, to see if it helps. Edit: wheels were made 1mm wider and they stay in great. holes for the rails, at least on our print , didn't stayed holes. We heated up a thumb tack to make the holes big enough, before gluing them in place.

Nice model, I still need to figure out how to install a NEM shaft (coupler) and drive

Thank you so much, unfortunately it was created for a diorama, so since it had to remain static, even if the wheels and bogies turn, it was not designed for transmission and NEM couplings. I'm currently busy with other projects and don't have time to modify it. If you can somehow hook it up, you should still pull or push it. I bought some metal wheels to make it roll better. how do you design them?

I get drawings from those who commission something, or I look for drawings and photos online of what I need to create, and I use them as references. I import them already scaled into the CAD program I use, such as Fusion 360, etc. Then I start drawing some rough shapes, which are then adjusted. Finally, the details, joints, etc. I hope this helps.

I believe I have added the missing parts👍, both as STL files and as a print plate, I have also added the second missing trolley

Thank you! The trolley/bogie was easy to fix, just print it twice ;-)

I have added a couple of photos that might help you with the assembly, a couple of views with the disassembled parts

printed great but I had to use life like bogeys instead of the printed ones

The project was born for a resin printer, it also worked for me with the boogie printed with fdm because I used it at the beginning as a test, the only modification was to use metal wheels ( from h0 models) to make it slide better
