Floral Mirror Frame – IKEA LETTAN 60×96

This is a decorative, flower-inspired frame specifically designed for the IKEA LETTAN mirror (60x96 cm). It fits this model perfectly using the provided clip system.
It can also be used with other mirrors of the same dimensions, but in that case the frame must be attached using adhesive instead of clips.

The design is fully modular, consisting of flower segments connected together using printed connectors, and then attached to the mirror with special clips (for LETTAN).
The frame prints in approximately 1d 22h55min on a Bambu Lab P1S w and a total weight of 1065 g. Print times may vary depending on your printer and settings – some machines may complete it faster. If the clips are inserted correctly and firmly, the frame will hold well, but the fit of the parts also depends heavily on the dimensional accuracy and quality of your filament. Depending on the fit and alignment of the clips on your mirror, the inner flower segments may also require a small amount of adhesive to ensure they stay in place securely.

The included STEP files make it easy to modify the design to fit other mirror sizes or customize the floral shapes. Colors are fully customizable – feel free to experiment with multi-color prints or different filament types.

Assembly Instructions (for IKEA LETTAN):

1. Print all parts – flowers, connectors, and mirror clips – according to the provided files. You can choose any color combination you like.

   

    

2. Prepare the bottom section first:

   1. Connect flower segments together using the provided connectors.
   2. Attach the assembled bottom section to the mirror using the printed clips.

   

3. Attach the side sections:

   1. Build each side by connecting the flower pieces with connectors.
   2. Clip them onto the mirror, aligning them with the bottom section.

   

4. 

   Finish with the top section:

   1. Connect the top flower pieces and clip them onto the mirror.
   2. This step “seals” the frame, holding all sides firmly together.

    

5. Check stability – ensure all clips are securely in place and the connectors are fully inserted.
