Description
Duplo brancard optimized for FDM printing.
Please note; the 45 degree handles are difficult to print. I had a few failed prints while printing 2 `handles` at the same time. Doing 1 at a time worked for me, also dry filament and slower print speeds. Use the attached print profiles witch are optimized for the tolerance fittings of the parts.
Assembly is easy: just print the parts using the supplied profiles. Remove supports and test fit.
Glue the connector pins in and assemble the side handles with the rails. Last step is to connect the rail handles to the underside of the bed.
