Description

Shashlik Skewers – Multi-Color Play BBQ Set

What’s included:
Digital STL files for a multi-color skewer set. Each skewer prints in two shell halves (front/back) so you can run multiple colors at once (meat, onion rings, peppers, etc.). After printing, simply glue the two halves together.

Print Profile (recommended)

  • Printer/Mode: Multi-color (AMS/MMU) or manual filament swaps
  • Material: PLA (easy & bright colors) or PETG (tougher)
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Layer Height: 0.20 mm (quality)
  • Walls: 2–3
  • Top/Bottom: 4–5 layers
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid/Grid
  • Supports: None
  • Bed Adhesion: Skirt; Brim (optional for the onion rings)
  • Orientation: Print the two halves face up (detail side up) for clean color separation

Color tips:
Assign parts per color in your slicer (meat/onion/pepper/skewer). Keep purge volumes reasonable; enable “wipe into infill” if available.

Assembly

  1. Dry-fit both halves; lightly sand mating edges if needed.
  2. Glue the halves together with CA (super glue) or PVA; clamp for a few minutes.
  3. Optional: Seal seam with a tiny bead of glue and wipe.

Safety & Use

  • Prop / toy parts onlynot food-safe and not for real grills.
  • Small parts: not suitable for children under 3.
  • Clean with cool water only (no dishwasher).
