Description
BLOCKUS - BOOKCASE EDITION
An abstract strategy game with Tetris-shaped, colored pieces in which players play onto the board. The only caveat to placing a piece is that it may not lie adjacent to your other pieces, but instead must be placed touching at least one corner of your pieces already on the board.
The fully 3D Printed game is complete with all playing pieces, game board and bookcase style box to be stored on a shelf.
INFORMATION
All parts were printed with PLA filament, matt or flat colored filaments work best on board games. I use a textured plate for adhesion. Some parts will need to be superglued, for example, the book spine is glued to the square cornered side of the bookcase box.
A smooth plate is recommend for the two-sided tiles but not necessary.
For those having difficulties with removing the board support, try using the second print profile that uses PTEG as a support interface.
The BLOCKUS - Bookcase Edition board game includes:
-Stylized 4 part game board with “white” raised tile guides and “Blockus” titled game border
-84 traditional colored tiles that are two sided (reversable)
BOOKCASE EDITION Box and Insert.
The BLOCKUS - Bookcase Edition game includes a Bookcase Edition box with a slide top. This bookcase edition box can be stored on a shelf with your other matching bookcase edition games.
The box has a convenient insert to securely store all 84 colored tiles, 4 board sections and a board connector ring.
