7 Piece Sandwich Cookie Logic Puzzle

Are you up for the challenge to assemble the cookie, with the top and bottom sitting flush on the inside pieces and nothing rattling around?  Then have a go at this 7 piece (5 inside pieces plus two covers) logic puzzle.  The first build plate has cookie covers with a pattern on the bottom face, while the second build plate has smooth bottomed covers.  Some people may have adhesion issues with the patterned bottom face, so the smooth covers are offered as an alternate should you run into any issues.  The inside pieces are on build plate 3.  The last photo shows a solution, with the green scribbled circles indicating where pegs from the bottom cover are situated.
