This is a picatinny rail made to fit on the gen 1 AirTac Customs CRBN upper or equivalent carbon fiber tube style uppers.
ID is 28.15mm but measure your upper's tube and match scale accordingly or shim using a non compressible tape (packing, aluminum, etc.)
