Heavy-Duty Cable Chain – 20mm Inner Width

This model is a remix of the original “Cable / Hose Carrier” by 4K, which I found to be very sturdy, with a design I really like, and easy to attach and detach.  

For my intended use, I wanted to pass more cables through than the original width allowed.  

So, I created a version with the inner width expanded to 20mm, while keeping the inner height unchanged at 10mm and retaining the overall design features.  
This way, it can handle multiple PC cables while maintaining the robust qualities I liked from the original.  

This is my first attempt at 3D modeling, and I wanted my first project to be something practical.  
The chain prints in a fully linked state — after printing, simply flex the links by hand and it’s ready to use.  

There have been some reports that, depending on the user’s environment, the joints of the pre-linked chain may fuse together during printing.  

For this reason, I also created a separate version.  
The pre-linked version prints as a 32-piece set, while the separate version prints as a 25-piece set.  
Please choose whichever works best for your setup.  

To reduce filament usage for this larger size, I added lightening holes in the design.  
An end-piece for terminating the chain is planned for a future update once I get the design right.
