Customizable manual screws and nuts

Here is customizable manual bolt for your projects that need fixing elements.

These screw are strong and well adjusted.

Customization as per following settings :

• Diameter of the screw and nut

  The diameter you want, be careful, your passage hole must be slightly larger.

  For exemple : diameter of screw 10 mm, your passage hole must be 10.1 mm

  

   

• Pitch of the screw and nut

  Pitch is the distance between a screw's threads. The pitch should not be too much in relation to the diameter.

  For exemple : Don't do a screw diameter 5 mm with pitch of 20 !

  Dimensions are in accordance of following picture :

  

   

• Total screw lenght

  The lenght of the screw under the head.

   

• Thread lenght of the screw

  The lenght of the screw thread, this lenght must be smaller than total lenght

   

• Nut lenght

  The lenght of the nut, totally threaded, you can put what you want, I recommend at least 0.8 times the diameter.
