Available sizes & versions

Hose diameters — choose the one matching your hose's outer diameter:

  • 130 mm
  • 140 mm
  • 142 mm
  • 150 mm

Each diameter comes with its own fitting test profile, so you can quickly check the fit on your hose before printing the full adapter.

Length & opening versions:

  • Small – normal length (approx. 17.5 cm) with the wider 6 cm opening → better airflow and less back-pressure.
  • Small / narrow – normal length with a narrow 3 cm opening → for windows that only open with a small gap.
  • Large – longer body (approx. 25.5 cm) → more secure hold and less slipping in the window.

Description

I tried many of the available models and always ran into one problem or another: heat build-up due to poor aerodynamics, or it didn't hold together (for long), or it wouldn't stay on the hose.

 

This model is optimized for an extremely stable connection to the 15 cm exhaust hose and for optimal aerodynamics. Thanks to its curved shape, it holds very well on the window and can be attached either on the side or at the top of a tilted window.

Because of the angled design, the hose connections can be printed without supports, so the air conditioner's hose isn't damaged.

A bridge/rib inside the model provides very high stability. It is printed on tree supports.

 

Due to the high heat, do not use PLA. I recommend PETG or PLA High Temp. The photo shows Bambu Lab PETG Translucent.

On the second build plate you'll find a small test piece for checking the fit on the hose. You won't need it afterwards — for actual use you only need the first build plate.
