Description

FlowFixer – Nozzle Unclogging Tool
The FlowFixer is a precision tool for clearing stubborn clogs from your 3D printer’s nozzle. Designed for ease of use and durability, it lets you push softened debris through the nozzle while it’s hot, restoring smooth filament flow without a full teardown.

Features:

  • Taper-fit design — stainless steel rod presses in with pliers for a secure, permanent hold.
  • Ergonomic 3D-printed handle for comfortable, slip-free grip.
  • Slim profile for easy access to most hotend assemblies.
  • Works with most FDM printers using 1.75 mm filament.

Assembly:
This is a printable handle only. You will need a 1.5 mm stainless steel rod (cut to desired length). The rod is taper-fit — simply press it into the handle with pliers, and it will lock in place with no glue or fasteners needed. Once seated, it will not come out under normal use.

Recommended Materials:

  • Rod: 1.5 mm stainless steel (order from Amazon or hardware suppliers)
  • Filament: PLA+, PETG, or ABS (I prefer petg)

Safety Note:
Always heat the nozzle before attempting to clear a clog. Use caution—both the rod and nozzle will be extremely hot during operation.

300mm is the length in the pictures, can be cut down and ground to a point for better performance.
