Storage Box with Hinges + Magnetic Lid- PARAMETRIC
Print Profile(2)

Description
This box is basicly a different version of another one i posted recently : https://makerworld.com/en/models/1692274-custom-storage-box-with-magnetic-lid-parametric#profileId-1795348 , but has hinges and still closes with magnets.
In this version you can customize everything from the previous version, plus you have options with 3 of 5 knuckles hinges, also the bolt of the hinges (diameter and lenght of the hinges changes). I wanted a low profile hinge so there is no nut involved, just screw the bolt and is more than enough (other details in the customization files as well). The 3 knuckles version is better for short hinges like 20mm !
THIS IS THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMIZATION THAT EVERYBODY LOVES I THINK. It might be too much for some people, because i did't keep it simple, but for whoever likes to have absolutely everything customizable in a box, the price you pay is that you have to read all the instructions from my customization panel. Many parameters are limited not to break the model, but some of them have limits that needs your attention to read there all the info how not to break the model.
All the hardware required are 4 magnets and 2 bolts (goes from M2 up to M5 (if by “crazyness” you make a very big bulky box), limited between 20 and 50 mm long bolts. The bolt will never come loose if you keep the hole tight (customizable also from 1.9mm up to 5mm), it makes it's own thread, drive it slowly. The best recommended is M3x30 or M3x35 for a bit longer box, with a flat head bolt but the head no bigger than 6mm diameter. Model uses just the usable part of the bolt, and doesn't care about the bolt head (the head stays outside the hinge).
Avoid countersink bolts in this design as they are measured with the head together and hinge does not have recess for that.
(if requested, i can add versions that i have, for embeded M3 countersink bolts+nuts, or for embeded M3x 30/35 hex socket cap bolts + nuts. Theese will make the knuckle diameter a bit bigger off course).
If you use M2 bolts for some small boxes and because you want tiny hinges (with the hole 1.9 diam, it should work, but i didn't tested myself as i don't have M2x20 bolts, so leave a comment and inform if that was fine.
This kind of boxes with hinges are more suitable to be bigger, but if you really want a very tiny box with a sliding lid, check this one posted by @yujixun : https://makerworld.com/en/models/1699192-customizable-sliding-lid-box-parametric-box#profileId-1801785 and customize it in the interior very small.
Please be aware that if you customize this model in MakerWorld and then download it as an STL/3MF file, the downloaded version might have a lower mesh resolution than the original. Curves may look slightly faceted. This seems to be a MakerWorld issue and more and more people push MW to increase STL size limits, is not related to the model itself.
If you're not happy with your STL/3MF slicer preview after download, i can help you, just PM me with your exact customization and i upload a fine quality STL/3MF in my Google Drive, and give you a link to download it from there, or i add a print profile here.
