I know others have done interpretations of the iconic light stick from the beloved film KPop Demon Hunters here on MakerWorld, but for my 100th model I decided to try my hand at designing it and in the process I came up with one of my most complex designs yet. While I haven't worked out a way for it to light up yet, I'm currently brainstorming ideas.
All of the pieces print separately so no AMS is required. For assembly, all you will need is a little super glue. I created a guide for assembly and also denoted which pieces will require glue. I recommend printing the parts on a smooth (and clean, please clean your plate before printing) PEI sheet so that there will be less of a gap between the halves when joined as compared to a texture PEI sheet.
Update 08/15/25: The profile for the fully enclosed version has been uploaded. PETG and Smooth PEI Plate required for best results.
The lens prints flat against the plate using Just say no to poop's “Clear as Glass PETG” Settings.
The walls have been optimized with a lower infill and higher layer height since they wouldn't be as clear as the flat part anyways which uses less material and increases overall print speed.
The following parts will require glue, the Huntrix letters and the smaller light purple pieces have a brim to both help keep them in place and prevent losing them:

Filaments used for this open faced version are BambuLab Purple and Metallic Silver, Sunlu Silk Rainbow 02, and CookieCad Rainbow Glitter Clear.
