FUJIFILM X mount Lens rear cap
Print Profile(1)

Description
A few years ago, the genuine cap became stiff and unusable when used in cold regions, so I made a similar design lens rear cap using a resin 3D printer
I recently redesigned it so it can be printed with the P1S I purchased
This model has three main features
- A nonagon-inspired shape that makes it easy to grasp the orientation and turn
- Tapered sides that are easy to grip
- Three alignment marks
These are the printing conditions I tested (I cannot guarantee results under other conditions)
- Printer: P1S
- Nozzle diameter: φ0.4mm
- Filament: Genuine PLA Matte (The default color is yellow to improve visibility in the dark or if dropped)
- Preset: 0.16mm Optimal @BBL X1C
- Support: None
After printing, carefully remove any strings or burrs
These can cause damage to lenses or cameras
Furthermore, I take no responsibility for any damage to lenses or cameras caused by using this cap Please be aware
I want to verify if it can be used in cold regions, which was the original inspiration for the design
It functioned at 27~38℃ I want to use it at -20~-10℃ as well (Japan's temperature differences are severe)
If there are any users who have used it at -30℃, please leave a review
If you want to engrave on the bottom surface, rotating it 50° counter-clockwise from the alignment mark and indenting it by about 0.5~1mm will make it look better, as shown in the image (I agonized over this until just before publication, but I will not distribute the design shown in the image)
With a 0.4mm nozzle, text tends to be unclear
Please try it for personal use
