At that time, after spending 80 to acquire the Jin Ming 13, I always felt it was too strange without a dummy bolt, but the tutorial on Bilibili based on an aluminum can was too blurry and impossible to follow, just so happened to see someone release an open-source dummy bolt similar to Sijun's in the open-source section, so I had a sudden idea: could I, by referencing Sijun's dummy bolt, create a dummy bolt kit for the Jin Ming 8 wave shell blaster

After more than 10 improvements, I finally successfully created a dummy bolt compatible with J8 Wave, although there is no bolt catch or blowback, it is at least much better than having an empty shell ejection port

Installing the dummy bolt requires slight modifications to several places on the FSQ, one is the shell ejection port spring

You need to cut a little, otherwise this is too long and will scratch the dummy bolt, cutting it can also reduce friction, making the charging handle return more smoothly

After cutting, as shown in the figure

Another place is the screw well in the middle of the gearbox, which needs to be cut off with wire cutters (optional, seems not to affect it, but cutting it provides more options for fixing screws, and makes installation a little easier)

As for how the dummy bolt is installed on the charging handle, it's up to your preference, you can use screws or glue, the fixing holes are already reserved

Just drill a hole in the charging handle according to the reserved hole position
