just a little too loose for the caps .. would be better for a tighter fit so they dont fall (possibly just a discrepancy in tubes)

Thank you! Yes, I intentionally designed it with slightly oversized holes because I had tubes in different sizes. This way, it also fits tubes with larger caps. Unfortunately, that means tubes with smaller caps may sit a bit loosely.

very good, but only for tubes with small caps. I couldn't scale it to 14.6 mm each opening as it went off the print bed

This came out well, however, my wife found that, with the lids of the tubes facing down, and full, one cannot see the color of the paint. She has requested a different design.

infill issue had to cancel print. tried to fix it couldn't possibly would of printed, but was not infiling correctly.

I sliced it with lightning infill to save time and material, so the model is intentionally very lightweight. It becomes much more stable once the paint tubes are in place. If you prefer, you can switch to gyroid or grid infill in your slicer, but that will use more material and take longer to print. It will be much sturdier that way.
