Description
Mi-HUB 5x 3.5inch hard drive enclosure
My old NAS thought it should just up and die on me, so i have created an enclosure that fits snuggly into most PC cases or alternatively sat outside any case.
This enclosure is totally tool-less, so no screws, nuts or tools required
There are 2 options for the enclosure,
option one is to have a 120mm fan attached to the front of the enclosure securely held in place by magnets
option two is to go fanless and allow your PC internal fans to blow across the hard drives
This enclosure holds 5 drives simply because my old NAS held 5 drives, the drives have 2 sizes of rails that screw to the side of each drive, so chose the size that best fits your needs.
There are 4 securing points to be able to zip tie to internal securing points of your pc case
Parts
120mm fan - any type/brand as long as it is 120mm
8x 6mm x 3mm magnets
