Description

This is a self-balancing sculpture. With very little assembly.

I got the inspiration from a similar sculpture that I saw on Facebook, made from metal and stones.

Each sphere must be printed with the following infill. I know that these settings work, I have not tested a uniform infill for all spheres.

  1. Smallest-20%
  2. Small-75%
  3. Medium-65%
  4. Large-65%

The body is print-in-place. It prints in one whole piece, then the spheres have holes you insert the rods into from the body.

Under the largest sphere there is a wider tab that will insert into the base.

After that you are done, that is all the assembly that is required.

No support or hardware needed.
