This adjustable router frame is a modular system made of four identical 3D-printed ruler segments, designed for precise routing of rectangular or square cutouts.

Thanks to the integrated measurement scales, dimensions can be set quickly and accurately. The modules are connected with a clever twist-lock system, creating a stable, infinitely adjustable frame.

Assembly of a module:

• Each module consists of a ruler element with an integrated scale and a connector element with twist-lock.
• The connector element is slid into the end of the ruler.
• The twist-knob is turned to secure the connection.

Connecting four segments into a frame:

• Prepared modules are connected at the corners.
• The twist-locks are tightened to keep the frame stable.
• The frame size can be adjusted continuously without losing stability.
