Description

These are 3d-printable OSA profile keycaps. OSA profile is the default on Keychron keyboards, but surprisingly, nobody has made 3d printable ones!

These keycaps have inset numbers on one side to help you remember which type they are. OSA profile has R1, R2, R3, and R4 types, which have slightly different top surfaces (It affects the height and angle they are facing).

Includes 1of each (for a trial run, or custom amounts in Bambu Studio)

I'm working on recreating the oddly shaped keys, like shift, enter, space, numpad enter, control, etc.

If you have a resin printer, you probably want to use that instead for better top surface quality, but I don't have one, so this is for FDM. I recommend sanding FDM parts for a smoother finish.

(The cover image was printed in Overture Clear PETG)

So, are you pretending you didn't simply reupload the keycap file from Keychron's website? Adding a standard license to an open-source file to prevent others from copying/editing "your work" is low, btw. You could've at least renamed the objects to try to pretend like it's your creation. Pressing the variable layer height button and uploading doesn't make it yours. https://www.keychron.com/pages/osa-profile-keycaps-file

Nowhere does it say I made the model. It is a freely available file, so it can be uploaded and shared freely. I simply added labels and spent some time tuning the profile, as certain settings result in warped/unusable stems. The standard license was accidental, I've changed it.

Printed in generic TPU 95A on my Bambu Lab A1 mini. I initially tried with generic PETG but it wouldn't fit on the stem so I just used TPU.

It was said that the keycaps fit Keychron, but they are way too small 😡

Tune your printer/dry your filament, nobody else has this issue and I've printed them on multiple Bambu printers and even a resin printer. As long as your keyboard has MX switches, they will fit. They're also supposed to be a tight fit so they don't rattle or fall off.
