Civic EG/ Del sol Compliance bushing (Front LCA)

This is a compliance bushing for the front lower control arm for the 92-95 Honda Civic EG and 93-97 Del Sol. 

INSTALLATION:

You will need to remove the old rubber bushing from the compliance bracket and *Keep* the old metal tube/ sleeve that the bolt went through and the washers to reuse and install this new bushing. The most common methods for removing the old rubber is either burn it out with a torch, or you can press it out, or you can cut it out with a hole saw then clean up the remaining rubber on the bracket and sleeve with a wire wheel. 

*Remember to grease the sleeve before inserting into the bushing to prevent squeaks

PRINT SETTINGS:

TPU ONLY, hard filament won't work or be safe

.24 layer height for good layer adhesion

11 Wall loops so the inner bushing is solid

50% infill

Print very slow, like 30mms this also helps layer adhesion

Printing with a brim or using a glue stick on the bed is recommended, I had a print fail due to the part unsticking from the bed.
