Description
This is a TPU washing machine door stop, to prevent damage to you wall and washer door.
It is made with TPU with 5% infill. ( multiple tests were done with different infill to give it the right amount of Squishyness)
It slides onto the door and holds by pressure.
Product is 150mm in length.
the gap where it slides onto the door is 6mm (The door i used to test on was 7.4mm thick and the 6mm gap gives it that perfect pressure to stay in place).
all edges have fillets on it to give it a nice smooth finish for you have to grab.
after print processing is almost none. Just remove the small amount of support from the bottom and i used a small nail file to smooth out the remaining bumps from the supports.
