TechBear AMS Lite Spool Adapter

Made for the Bambu Lab AMS Lite, this adapter fixes the problem with TechBear spools (and other brands that use the same style of spool) having huge centre holes that don’t fit properly. It holds the spool nice and solid while still letting it spin smoothly, so the filament feeds clean and steady. No need to re spool or mess with your AMS Lite :3

The print only uses about 22 g of filament, so it’s super cheap low waste and quick to make!

Assembly

To put it together, just slot all the parts together with the pins using glue to secure them, glue it into the spool, and it should click right into the AMS Lite :3

Important orientation note:
The middle ring should be installed with the smaller opening facing the smaller bottom ring, while the wider side faces the top ring with the lip.

installation

Lay your spool flat on a table with the filament leader pointing left, then insert the adapter with the wider side facing up (make sure the wider hole is facing up this is important!). Add a few dots of glue to secure it, and you’re done ^w^
