I decided to try the the default profile without modifying. this is probably sufficient for adjustments. no more than 1 to 2 mm off true. I had a rotor which had about 5 mm of damage that I attempted to correct. here is the fail mode. likely this needs a wall or two more in strengthening. I printed with 0.16 mm layer height. Decent design. can use some more tweaks.

Good clearance, as far as I know it has fit every brake disc so far

cool print mate, thanks 🖖🫡 i made two and tried them as well, not sure how long they keep up , i will use them till than as an experiment. also i was looking in the inside of the print, i use to do this but this time it was interesting,whole inside build up is lot different that i am used too, you probably know what you are doing 🔥
