Eufy RoboVac 15C Max to 15C Dust Collector

This is a conversion Plate to allow the following Eufy RoboVac models: 11S Max, 15C Max, 30C Max, G30, and G30 edge to use the replacement brush motor part for these RoboVac models: 11S, 11S PLUS, 12, 15C, 15T, 25C, 30, 30C, 35C.

I have a Eufy RoboVac 15C Max, and unfortunately the brush housing that holds the motor disintegrated. Eufy stocks replacement parts, unfortunately this part was out of stock, and I don't hold out much hope that it would be back in stock anytime soon given the age of the model. They did have in stock (at least when I ordered it) a replacement brush motor and housing for the non-max models. The pictures looked the same to me, so I ordered it, in hope that it would fit. Much to my relief, it does fit! However the brush housing exit into the dust collector is smaller then the entrance into the dust collector. I could have tried cutting the smaller housing to fit, but that would have required a more complicated print than this.

This is a nice simple print, takes about 12 minutes with bed levelling to print. The difficult part is removing it from the bed. I would recommend a textured plate over the cool plate, otherwise you'll never get it off in one piece. I lifted each end, and slowly peeled the middle thin part off.

I can't imagine it'll be much use to many people, but if you do run into needing to replace your brush housing for these models of RoboVacs, the non-max replacement motor brush and housing seems more readily available, and this will convert your dust collector into one that'll work better with these restricted exit housings. I haven't noticed a reduction in cleaning/performance.
