3D-printed broom and dust pan set with TPU bristles!
Don't have a broom? No problem! This set includes both a broom and a dustpan. Both parts can be connected and even hung up. If the size needs to be scaled, you can do this in the slicer.
Printing Process:
The job was paused during the first switch from PLA to TPU. The TPU material had to be extruded again before the job could continue. If this happens to you, make sure to heat up your nozzle and extrude the TPU while the job is paused.
- No supports were required.
- Two-material printing. This means it printed as one finished part.
- I used PLA and TPU.
A useful and coolly designed tool for everyday use!
Afterwork:
Because of much stringing while printing tpu I recommend to seperate the bristles with a scissors because they stick together.
This might be take a bit of time, so be prepared, but the result is very cool.
