Fasten Articulated Joint - Adapter for a Bimini Top Tube

The original broke off, and to create a better attachment for the sunshade, I used a Fasten articulated joint. However, this does not fit the original, so I had to adapt it.

Assembly is simple, loosen the screw from the original adapter, attach this adapter, and reassemble the screw. A 10mm nut fits through the hole for screwing.

Printed in ASA, but PETG should also be sufficient.

My tube has the following dimensions:

Outer diameter: 25mm

Inner diameter: approx 22mm

The tube is pushed onto the adapter and fixed with a screw or rivet, the holes are not predetermined and can be added as desired. Due to the inner diameter, the part has an outer diameter of 21.5mm. It fits snugly but does not come out on its own.
