This model took 2 months to develop (mostly slacking off), during which four versions were modified and redone, finally released on August 8th. Thanks to Qile Lifang for the filament support.

The total length of the model is approximately between 1.2 and 1.3 meters; it really cannot be shorter

Aluminum tube supports have been added inside the model to increase strength, but it is still not recommended to swing it forcefully. The blade has a hollow design and includes a printed diffuser plate, which can alleviate some LED bead glare issues, but it is still recommended to purchase high-density LED strips for production.

The handle decoration will be uploaded in the next two days. It's actually already done, but I forgot to print and test it.

Material accessories: 5V battery, size 66mmx19mmx23mm. I used one with charging functionality, so I didn't design a battery replacement feature.

                   Aluminum tube outer diameter 8mm, wall thickness 1.5mm, one piece 249mm long, two pieces 349mm long. You can buy a one-meter length directly and cut it yourself. Remember to chamfer when cutting.

                   Light control module, approximately 1cm at its widest point. If it's slightly wider, it should still be possible to place it diagonally

                   5V LED strip (any width not exceeding 5mm will work), 1-meter length (cut to size yourself)

Notes 1: This model requires some hands-on ability to assemble. The tolerances are designed to be quite precise, aiming for most components to be assembled without super glue. Different filaments and different machines may result in inconsistent sinkage rates. If you encounter problems, you can modify the tolerance dimensions yourself or get help by commenting or sending a private message.

Notes 2: For the blade part, it is recommended to print one by one slowly, otherwise, collapse may occur, especially for A1 mini models.

Notes 3: For the white blade part, 0% infill is required. The wall thickness can be set to 1 or 2 walls. I used white PETG. If you have better parameters, please let me know, and I will apply them in future designs.

At the translucent part of the blade, light needs to penetrate two walls. The inner wall primarily serves to replace the diffuser plate function. If you have a better design, you can also send me a private message, and I will apply it in future designs.
