Description

**Updated print profile. Rear Suspension bushing for Polaris rzr 800, 570 trail models (may fit others) printed out of tpu for ams.

I designed these to replace the rear a arm and hub bushings in my rzr 570. They are made longer than the stock bushings for added strength. The two longer ones are used in the top of hub. Bushings should work also work in the front a arms also (polaris seems to use the same bushings in multiple locations) but I have not tried them in the front yet to confirm fitment.

They have been holding up great for me so far. Everything is still tight. I do make sure I keep the joints greased well though.

Thats awesome! TPU is a great idea simalar to what they use as an upgrade in the auto world. I wonder how they would do in Nylon

Thanks! I imagine nylon would work alright. The original bushings seemed like they were made out of a nylon like type of plastic. Would probably need to make some adjustments to the model to get the tolerances correct though.
