Description

🔷 Material

→   3D-printed from PETG, spring constant calculated based on material properties.

🔷 Dimensions

      →   Length: 56 mm
      →   Outer diameter: 19 mm
      →   Wire diameter: 3.25 mm

🔷 Performance

       →    Spring constant k = 1 N/mm
→    Maximum allowed deflection: 15 mm

🔷 Applications

→    Suitable for technical purposes and creative projects.
→    Can be used for static and dynamic loads – however, no fatigue strength for dynamic use due to PETG material properties.

🔷 Note

The spring was simulated using FEM analysis. All given values are theoretical and may differ from actual measured performance
depending on print quality, material batch, and use conditions.
