Conversion kit for UDH Mount Yeti

I have designed a sleeve for Yeti bikes that do not yet have a UDH mount. For example, the Yeti SB115, SB150, etc.

I have uploaded pictures. I use it for the Yeti SB115 (I have already done two tours with it and had no problems) with a Sram 90 groupset. 

I tried it on the Yeti SB150 and it works there too. 

I assume it will work for all Yetis as follows:  

-SB150  (Works)
-SB140 (Not yet tested)
-SB130 (Not yet tested)
-SB100 (Not yet tested)
-SB115 (Works)
-SB6 C (not yet tested)
-SB6 C Anniversary Edition (not yet tested)
-SB5 2017 (not yet tested)
-SB5.5 (not yet tested)
-SB4.5 (Not yet tested)

The sleeve is inserted into the hole where the derailleur hanger is normally located (the old derailleur hanger must be removed first,
and the sleeve must be installed without grease!), then the Sram sleeve is inserted and the rear derailleur is installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. 
I tightened it to 15 NM, which is sufficient.
 

Required parts:

-Burgtec HR Allen key thru axle 174 mm UDH (174 mm x 12 mm 1 thread pitch)
-Printed sleeve
 

Should be compatible with all those who have a YETI derailleur hanger 148/12 mm GEN3 derailleur hanger.
 

I used: SUNLU PETG CF, but you can also use ASA or stronger.
